I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Sofia with very big bedrooms and an artistic feel. The smart TV in the room was a nice touch and the breakfast was decent. The hotel also had a nice restaurant and the location was convenient, near a metro station.

The staff was helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist guests. The room was spacious and had a jacuzzi tub, as well as a separate living room and terrace. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh. the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city center on foot.
The room was disappointing, with dirty floors and a moldy bathroom. The pillows were old and uncomfortable, and the towels were of low quality.

I stayed in a hotel that was relatively close to the center and had a good location, not far from a metro station. The room was spacious with a large bed, and the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with a lot of information about the city. In the restaurant, they served a delicious breakfast, including smoked salmon and caviar. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool with a Jacuzzi.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed. They were clean and the room service even came twice in one day. The beds were super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with many options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The location of the hotel was great, situated on a central dual carriageway, making it easy to walk to the city center. the hotel is close to Serdika metro station, providing convenient transportation to the airport.

This venue exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities, especially the top-notch Spa and wellness centre and fantastic indoor swimming pool. I was pampered with a full body massage, body scrub, and facial. the spa lounge was a pleasant and calm area to relax. the restaurant provided an impressive Buffet Breakfast with a wide range of dishes, including Special diet menus.
Despite the excellent overall service, there was a minor negative aspect, which was the slow response time of the reception staff. They took time to react to my requests, which was a bit inconvenient.
